"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vishal was amazing with our kitties, Theo and Tessa, while we were away on vacation from July 4–15! We felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. He followed all of our feeding instructions, made sure they had the proper servings of wet food, and spent time playing with and grooming them. He also checked their water fountain and Litter-Robot to make sure everything was working properly. We especially loved getting daily updates and pictures—it was so nice seeing our babies happy and well taken care of while we were away. Theo and Tessa absolutely love him! 😻 Vishal is reliable, caring, and very attentive. Definitely 5 stars! We will absolutely hire him again for our future trips and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful and trustworthy cat sitter! ❤️🐾"

The processes to book her services and schedule the meet & greet were smooth and efficient due to Alisa’s timely responses. She was flexible with our start date as well. During the meet & greet, it was apparent that Alisa has vast experience and truly cares about the overall welling of the cats she tends to. She introduced herself to my cat Posie with caution and care while assessing her personality. Alisa listened carefully to my instructions and asked very thoughtful questions (e.g. typical hiding spots, the frequency of accidents). Afterwards, Alisa sent a follow-up note summarizing the visit (the notes were spot on). When our reservation started, she sent daily summaries, photos, and videos that put my partner and I at ease as Alisa is Posie’s first cat sitter. I would like to highlight Alisa care and attention to Posie’s health. Without prompting, Alisa cleaned up after Posie and also assessed that it was likely Posie had just eaten too quickly.
