The TL;DR is that Jazz met him once at our meet & greet and while watching him a couple of weeks later was able to tell that something was not right with him. Jazz alerted me to the situation right away; he was able to get life-saving fluids and medical care that night. When you trust your little loves to a stranger, you want to believe they won't just come over for five minutes, drop food ina. bowl and split.Jazz paid the kind of attention I pay. Priceless. This was the first time I worked with Jazz and every day exceeded my expectations from the check-ins to the captivating photos. I have a former feral that came out of hiding and interacted with Jazz; a miracle in itself. I can't say enough good things about Jazz but I can say Jazz will be watching my cats from now on."

She responded to messages quickly, set up a meet and greet at a mutually convenient time, spent almost 45 mins with us, tried to meet our two kitties to establish rapport right away. She paid attention to all the feeding and care instructions. And agreed upon how best to care for our cats. She was patient with our shy cat and managed to get her to come out from her hiding place. Arden sent us multiple pictures and videos of every visit and we could see how comfortable the cats were in her presence. She was quick to connect with us when our community gate had issues. She handled the whole visit very well and I highly recommend her services. We are going to book Arden again soon."

She was thorough, respectful, and made me feel completely comfortable having her in my home. She didn’t just take great care of my cats, she also brought in the mail, put out the garbage cans, and emptied the litter genie. Everything was done perfectly. Gertie isn’t always the friendliest with new people, but she seemed genuinely comfortable around Nicole, which says everything. Nicole also sent daily messages with photos and updates, which I really appreciated. I felt so at ease while I was away that I didn’t have to worry at all. I can’t recommend her enough and will absolutely be booking with her again."
