"Amazing as usual! We had an emergency and had to ask Luanne to come with just a few hours of notice and she not only came but was also incredibly flexible as far as timings. She was able to add another night to the booking as well as even stay an entire day with our kitty! Well beyond what she had to do! Also, our car was feeling a bit anxious and hiding but she always came out and played with Luanne. She is incredible at making her feel better."

They were greeting her at the door by the time the reservation was done which is rare for them! Photo updates were at consistent times every day and the kitties did great. We also have a difficult to access apartment with complex instructions, and Jocelyn was great at working around it."
