One of my boys requires oral medication daily, and when he was truly over it all, she too her duties seriously and easily pivoted with a new technique to ensure he stayed healthy. I look forward to hiring her again for our next trip."

Beau is a very skittish cat, nervous around newcomers, but Jusei did a great job sending me photos showing Beau warmed up to him and looked forward to his visits. It was great. Jusei also kept Beau well fed, kept her litter box clean (and my house, too) and was super reliable. He was also great at communicating with me daily. She was super patient with our timid one, who by the end of the booking had fully warmed up and loved her (especially when she brought him a super fun toy!). We also have a medical baby, and Heather graciously handled her medicine and made sure she got what she needed every day. We really appreciated her updates after each visit, and also a notification that she was starting the visit. Heather was on time every visit, which was super important to us to keep a good routine for our cats. They were well taken care of and we are so appreciative of Heather!"
