"We’ve trusted Stephanie with our cats for over a year, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is kind, reliable, patient, and truly loves animals. She takes the time to get to know each pet’s personality, and even our very skittish cat warmed up to her almost immediately. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely spends time with our cats—playing with them, keeping them company, and sending the best photo updates. She notices the little things, whether it’s a funny pose, how cute they looked in the light that day, or if one of them seems just a little “off” so we know what to keep an eye on when we get home. That level of care and attention is so reassuring when you’re away. She also keeps an eye on the house and isn’t afraid to ask questions if something doesn’t seem quite right. It’s clear she’s invested in making sure both your pets and your home are well cared for. We’re moving away and very sad about is leaving Stephanie behind. She has been absolutely wonderful with our cats and truly feels irreplaceable. Any pet would be lucky to have her."

Katelynn was so kind and reassuring! We arranged a meet and greet and our cat immediately adored Katelynn, who took detailed notes and asked thoughtful questions. "Bethany truly did an amazing job with our shy kitties! We have five cats, one of them close to 18 years old, and all five warmed up to her by her final day of caring for them. Our senior cat is hyperthyroid and needs a pill twice a day, a supplement once a day, and also started an oral antibiotic days before our reservation - Bethany was great with all three types. We got updates and pictures during every visit, and it was a huge relief knowing our kitties were being looked after so we could enjoy our vacation. Thank you thank you! If I could give more than five stars, I would!!"

Stephanie does a great job communicating before & during visits. My cat was once again at ease with her: followed her around during visits, did belly flops for tummy rubs and made air-biscuits during her visits. Clearly he was happy to see her! Stephanie also gave my cat his oral medication every day. The kitchen feeding area was spotless and she made sure all trash was properly disposed. The Meowtel reservation process was easy & simple. No issues & prices were reasonable. Once again, the whole experience was great! (May 2026)"
