This was my first time using Meowtel and my experience was very good. Justyce was great, she came over for a meet and greet before my trip and then maintained good communication with me during the trip with daily updates, photos, and videos of my furbabies. Great experience overall!

Justyce pays attention! Appreciate her noticing food in my cats bowl after a family member stopped by unexpectedly to work from my apartment while i was away.. I hadn't known she stopped by and gave the kitties food while she was there working. When Justyce arrived for her daily visit she noticed and checked in with me to see if someone might have stopped in and gave them food because the bowls are usually empty when she arrives back.

Five stars!! Everything was perfect from the booking, initial meeting, and cat care that went above and beyond. I am beyond impressed! Justyce’s care of my senior kitty (16 years old), my young one year old, and the outdoor stray cat that I care for exceeded my expectations. She sent pictures and videos every day, which gave me peace of mind while traveling. I was happy to see how quickly the cats warmed up to her, she is truly a cat whisperer! She even washed all of the cats’ bowls, swept up the cat litter on the floor, took out the trash, and emptied the litter genie. I came home to a neat and clean house! I’ve had cat sitters for the past 17 years and Justyce is by far the best!

Justyce took great care of our fur baby while we were away! She was extremely communicative and sent us updates every time she visited. First time using Meowtel and we were fortunate enough to find Justyce. We have 4 indoor and 6 outdoor spayed/neutered feral kitties, along with 6 Koi fish and many wild neighborhood Peacocks. Justyce handled everything perfectly. She is excellent with animals and timed her visits so the peacocks wouldn’t eat the outdoor kitties food. We loved receiving the daily videos and we can’t recommend her enough!

Justyce charmed the cats utterly. they were out and ready to greet us (or her) as soon as we got home. One kitty normally hides for hours and is never seen by the sitter.

Firstly, the kitties loved her. That made us feel super comfortable leaving them in her care. I didn’t worry for a moment of being gone. We got photos and video daily which was a bonus. It was a super positive experience.
