I have been in your shoes worrying about the care of my babies when I'm gone. Babysitting to me entails more than food, water, walks, litter scooping; most important is attention. I have had cats primarily for the past 30 years and I consider myself a Cat Whisperer. I've had (and currently have) cats with chronic illnesses that require a variety of meds, so pills don't scare me. :) I work from home a lot during the day. I'm a professor and only teach on campus for about four to five hours on campus during the week. so unless I'm out of town; I'm pretty wide open. And I have summers off... Apparently I need to get a life. :) I have a cat that walks on a leash so I am used to the goofy oddball ...

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
