In 2020, when the whole world was shut down, I decided to adopt two domestic short-hair brothers from a local animal shelter here in Phoenix, Arizona. One is 8 years old, named Hopi, and the other is 6 years old, named Nino, who is currently purring in my lap as I’m writing my bio. One year into being a new cat daddy, I ended up saving Nino’s life without even knowing it. I noticed he suddenly started showing very low energy, wouldn’t pee in his litter box, and would start peeing a little bit everywhere else like in the living room or on the bedroom carpet. After a couple of days, things did not get better, so I knew this was a serious issue because he couldn’t fully go to the bathroom. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
