Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I am a proud cat mom to a sweet 4- year-old boy named Sammy. I’ve had him since he was a tiny kitten the size of a Chipotle burrito. Sammy is a rescue from Chicago! When I lived there, an outdoor cat had kittens in my friend’s garage, and he was looking to find them all good homes. I’m so grateful to have been able to provide him with a warm home. Sammy has been my loyal sidekick ever since. He has taught me so much about feline behavior & the unique personalities cats have. I bring that same love and understanding to every kitty I meet!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

When working with a new cat parent, I like to start with clear communication and trust building. I am happy to hop on a FaceTime or have an in-person meet & greet prior to providing care. I’ll review any care instructions and ask questions to ensure I fully understand their cat’s unique routine, personality, and preferences. During the visit, I will follow the cat parent’s guidance closely and provide plenty of updates including photos & notes, so the cat parent can feel confident their cat is in good hands. I’ll be available to answer any questions or address concerns the parent may have while they are away. My goal is to make visits feel seamless and comfortable for both parent & kitty.

What is your favorite cat toy?

Hands down, my favorite cat toy (and Sammy’s) is a jellyfish on a wand with feathers! The way it floats and flutters will captivate any cat’s attention. Whether your cat is a hunter or curious observer, this toy is sure to bring out their playful side.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
