Colleen truly came to the rescue at the last minute, and I cannot recommend her enough. I had hired an overnight sitter outside Meowtel while my regular overnight sitter at Meowtel was unavailable, and unfortunately, it turned into a very stressful situation for both me and my cat, Cinnamon. Cinnamon is fragile, needs human connection, consistency, love, food, water, and gentle care — not someone dropping in every 19–21 hours. Colleen stepped in immediately and was extraordinary. She made sure Cinnamon was cared for, comforted, fed, hydrated, and emotionally supported until I could get home. You can feel how loving, calm, and genuinely compassionate she is with animals. What stood out most was Colleen’s reliability, kindness, and the level of care she provided during a difficult situation. She did not just “check in” on Cinnamon — she truly cared for her. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, loving, and dependable to care for your pet, I highly recommend Colleen. She was an absolute lifesaver.

Colleen is excellent! She took such good care of my two boys. We were so happy. Everytime we go for vacation, one of my cat gets stress urine infection, Colleen made sure she is feeding him more liquids and in fact, she brought her own liquid diet for cats for my boy! I am so thankful for her. We were so happy with her and she made sure she sent us every little details of my boys.
