I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Scarlette as a cat sitter. She has looked after my cat, on numerous occasions, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention she provides. Scarlette is incredibly attentive and patient. From the very first visit, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and always puts their well-being first. My cat has hyperthyroidism, which requires him to take medication twice a day. This can be a bit tricky, but Scarlette handles it with calm confidence and a gentle touch. She administers his medication consistently and correctly, and I’ve never once had to worry about whether he’s receiving the care he needs. In addition to managing his medical needs, Scarlette takes excellent care of his environment. She is diligent about cleaning up after him, regularly changes his litter box, and ensures his feeding area stays clean and tidy. She also takes time to give him companionship and affection, which means a lot - especially when I’m away for extended periods. One of the things I appreciate most about Scarlette is her reliability. She communicates clearly and promptly, follows instructions closely, and treats my home with the utmost respect. Every time I return, the house is just as I left it, and my cat is relaxed and happy. Scarlette is trustworthy, responsible, and compassionate - everything you would want in someone caring for your beloved pet. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
