Next time we go on vacation, we will definitely be asking Kitten to come again!"

"I could not have asked for a better cat sitter than Lauren! I am so incredibly grateful to have found her to look after my two kitties, while I was away for a trip. This is the first time I’ve ever relied on anyone other than family/friends to take care of my cats and it could not have gone better. One of my cats, Jax, has severe anxiety and attachment issues, but Lauren handled him like a pro - she was extremely patient, kind and consistent with him. My other cat, Bella, loves to be the center of attention and Lauren gave her all of that and more! Besides being a wonderful and attentive caregiver, she is also great with communicating and replies quickly. It was such a relief to have thorough check-ins from Lauren, along with lots of pictures. She was also flexible and was able to come for more time when I asked. Having peace of mind knowing that my kitties were in good hands really made all the difference while being away. I can’t wait to ask Lauren to come back the next time I have to travel!"

She doesn’t just take care of our cats—she pays attention to every little detail about them and genuinely understands their personalities. She seems to know every movement, expression, and little “language” of our cats. She notices things that even we sometimes don’t! She takes such amazing care of them that my only concern is that they might start comparing her to us—and we may not come out looking very good! 😊 She is also extremely reliable and communicative. She always keeps us posted about when she is arriving and leaving, and regularly sends us photos and videos of the cats. It makes such a difference when you’re away to actually see that your cats are happy, comfortable, and being well cared for. I have a little house for neighborhood cats to sleep in on my back patio, and on her how, Khris noticed it and moved it to a sheltered spot when it was raining, so it would stay dry for any visitors! I have absolute peace of mind when Khris is looking after my cats, and that is a wonderful thing to be able to say."

She even worked with us to make sure the cats had dinner around their usual time, which is especially important for our little Connor (he's a little sensitive guy)! Jennifer sent adorable picture updates and provided a clear, detailed, and timely summary right after the scheduled appointment time. Her communication really put my mind at ease! And she even got our shy little guy Connor to come out and eat his dinner, which is a huge accomplishment! It's clear that Jennifer genuinely cares about the animals she looks after.
