I would highly recommend booking with Emmi if you are in need of cat sitting services! I have re-booked with Emmi twice now for a couple of weekends I have been away to do check—ins on my 11 year old ragdoll cat, Brody. Brody has hyperthyroidism and needs medication twice a day. Emmi has been great at administering his medication and giving me updates on how Brody is doing while I’m away. Any requests or info I send, Emmi is always quick to respond. Emmi is great to work with!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
