Hello there and 你好! I’m Emma (she/they) and my 10 (ish) year old indoor cat is Brisket (she/it). I found her in the streets of NOLA in 2022 and she has been with me since. My schedule is flexible (I work fully remote) and I have transportation but I prefer to stay within the Fremont/Newark area for short visits. I offer longer visits/stays from Hayward to Milpitas. I am fluent in English and Mandarin. My cat is a fussy senior lady so I have experience administering ointments, ear drops, and oral medications. I have learned how to administer injectables as well after a family with a diabetic cat taught me how to administer insulin. I volunteered with a rabbit rescue for a year and have kept rabbits for over 10 years. I grew up with big dogs so am comfortable with all furry friends. Every one of my pets have had differing personalities so I am accustomed to personalizing my interactions so each animal is comfortable. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
