My shy kitty let Audrey pet her head a couple times which is a huge win! Audrey provided thoughtful updates and left our home in perfect condition. She even brought in some heavy Chewy boxes from outside which was above and beyond. I definitely recommend!

Audrey did an absolutely incredible job taking care of our cats while we were away. From the start, she went above and beyond—not only making sure they were well fed and played with, but also taking the time to build a real friendship with them, even though they were initially playing hard to get. Her patience and warmth clearly won them over. Her communication was fantastic throughout our trip. She gave thoughtful updates on how the cats were behaving, which helped us feel completely at ease. It was clear she really took the time to get to know them individually. On top of that, we came home to a spotless house and two very happy, relaxed kitties. Audrey’s attention to detail, care, and cleanliness were truly exceptional. We feel so lucky to have found her and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
