She truly loves felines and respected our request for periodic photographic updates. Our guy didn't seem to miss us a bit. She even brought him catnip! She was also the perfect house guest. "Everything went fine with the registration process this time. Last time, after the cat sitter and I had come to an agreement, she cancelled the night before my trip, and I had to postpone it for two weeks. She claimed that she never officially accepted the reservation but still didn't let me know until the night before I left. So, that was confusing. Winter was much better about keeping my informed throughout the process and kept to her word. There's a lot of places to leave detailed information about you, your cat, and the kind of care she/he needs. Overall, I like the site and love the service. I was especially pleased that I could book an overnight sitter as my cat gets very lonely and has a complicated feeding schedule."

Me for being kind of high maintenance and asking for updates and giving an hour long meet and greet with very specific food and medicine instructions for Beeru. She followed everything to the gram. She also had amazing updates about everything I wanted to know about and great pictures. I could tell our kitty was well taken care of and thought she is normally shy, and was even having a low appetite the day we left, Luanne made her feel comfortable and her appetite and mood picked up! She came out of hiding to play with Luanne and had a good appetite with her."

I am a huge worrier and our kitty has some medical issues so her I am very particular about her care and making sure everything is *exactly* right. I wrote out a ton of instructions for Hailee and bombarded her with messages and she was sooooo patient and caring. She followed the directions to a T and gave tons of updates and pictures and videos and really let us feel at ease.
