Iām Carly, a lifelong cat lover with many years of hands-on experience caring for cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. Cats are truly a huge part of my life! Iām actively involved in cat rescue, fostering, TNR, community cat care, and helping cats find loving forever homes.
As a cat parent myself, I completely understand how important it is to find someone you can genuinely trust with your kitties while youāre away. Iām patient and comfortable with everything from outgoing, playful cats to shy kitties who need a little extra time and understanding.
During my visits, Iāll make sure your cats receive fresh food and water, a clean litter area, playtime, affection, and plenty of attention based on their individual personalities. While Iām new to professional cat sitting, I have many years of experience caring for my own cats, friendsā cats, and volunteering in cat rescue. Iām actively involved with fostering, TNR, community cats, and helping kitties find loving homes.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I genuinely love spending time with cats and getting to know their individual personalities. I especially enjoy earning the trust of shy or cautious kitties and making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
Most of my cat-sitting experience so far has been helping friends and people within my rescue community. My favorite part is when a kitty becomes comfortable enough to come out, interact, play, or ask for affectionāitās incredibly rewarding to earn their trust.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Long Beach cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $35.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
