I'm a nervous cat mom, this was a long trip, and I have a slightly complicated pride (5 cats that have to exist in three separate zones, with some challenging personalities, one very old and frail, etc). Jason just managed everything with ease, sent wonderful videos of each kitty, each day, plus detailed reports. And one day we had an electrical issue at the house and Jason capably was reset what was needed to get things working again. As a wonderful bonus, everything was cleaner than when we left! So grateful that I could relax and enjoy my trip knowing my sweet kitties were in the best hands."

We have four cats, three of which are all seniors with different medical conditions who need to be all given 4+ different medications and 4+ different specialty food. Thankfully we found Sarscha, and she graciously squeezed us in. Sarscha is everything you're looking for in a cat sitter--a genuine cat/animal lover who would treat your cats like the beloved babies they are, easily adaptable to your cats' routine and needs, can administer various medication methods, communicative, punctual, prompt, friendly, cleanly, and respectful of your space even without explicit request. We understand that it's impossible to expect someone else to take care of your feline babies exactly the way you do. But we were able to trust Sarscha completely with our cats. "Laura was absolutely wonderful taking care of our cat, Cat Stevens, while we were away. She was diligent, detail-oriented, dependable, and incredibly communicative throughout our trip. Taking care of Cat Stevens is a somewhat unusual cat-sitting assignment because she hides whenever we’re gone. So instead of getting to spend time playing with or cuddling a cat, Laura essentially had the job of caring for a phantom. She would arrive at a quiet, apparently cat-free house, scoop the litter box, replace yesterday’s empty food plate with a fresh one, check the water, and leave—only to return the next day and discover that the food had magically disappeared. For someone who loves cats, I imagine it’s not the most exciting or rewarding assignment! Nevertheless, Laura treated every visit with the same care and attention. She followed our instructions closely, showed up exactly when we asked her to, and sent us photos every single day of Cat Stevens’ food, water, and litter box so we knew she was eating, drinking, and being well cared for. She was also thoughtful about the house, bringing in packages and keeping us informed about anything we needed to know. For me, the most important thing when leaving home isn’t really the house—it’s knowing that I can trust someone completely with our little girl. Laura gave us that peace of mind. I never had to wonder whether Cat Stevens had been fed or cared for, and that allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip without worrying about her. As soon as we met Chloe, it was obvious that she had great cat-energy and understanding. During our trip, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful, immediately taking care of little things we hadn't even considered and giving us a play-by-play of her visits. By the second day, it was obvious our babies were in great hands and every new check-in was just pure joy at being able to see their little faces in the photos she took. As advertised, Chloe left us a little watercolor painting that is going to be framed and put up on the wall ASAP. Finding a new catsitter can be very stressful, and finding Chloe has been a huge relief. We'll be booking her from here on out!! All three of our cats give her two beans up :)"
