What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been cat sitting for 4 years. I have used word of mouth for 2 years and for the past 2 years I have used another pet sitting app.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

I took care of an absolutely beautiful Balinese cat for almost 3 weeks. He was so soft and so sweet. He loved affection and was happy to be picked up and pet anywhere. He purred and rubbed against me for as long as I would stay there. He was easy and fun to take care of.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

We have a very playful young cat named Willow that we rescued from the street. She’s a little over a year old but still has plenty of kitten energy.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes. My wife and I have a toddler and don’t leave the area all that often so we’re usually around during holidays.

James is very kind and caring for the cats, we were so worried about our trip but he definitely made it smoother a lot! We got photos of our cats every day, the cats (even our most shy and alert bat) came out and played with James. We would definitely book James again next time!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
