Casey was incredible! I was back in San Diego visiting family (I live in DC now), so I needed to find someone to take care of my shy cat, Homer as I was away abroad with my mom. Leaving her with someone new always makes me a little nervous, but Casey made the whole experience completely stress-free. She was so patient with Homer and took the time to earn her trust instead of trying to rush things. I honestly couldn’t believe it when she had Homer eating out of the palm of her hand—no other sitter has ever been able to do that! It was amazing to see how comfortable Homer became with her. Casey also sent lots of detailed updates, photos, and videos, so I never had to worry while I was away. It was obvious Homer was happy, comfortable, and being so well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Casey again if I’m ever back in a similar situation. Thank you so much, Casey, for taking such amazing care of Homer. It meant so much to me!
