I have loved cats my entire life and currently share my home with two amazing felines! I have 15+ years of experience fostering cats and kittens in my home, and volunteering at local animal shelters.

I also have five years of experience as a full-time professional petsitter. I am adept at all aspects of cat care, including administering oral and topical medications.

5+ years professional petsitting. Have owned cats my entire life. 15+ years fostering in my home and volunteering at animal shelters.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Caring for cats and allowing pet parents to feel that their cats are well taken care of while they are away.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

Petsitting Pablo and Pedro twice a day while their parents are on vacation. Each boy has his own personality and habits. Pedro will snuggle me on the sofa after his meal, and Pablo will watch from a safe distance. They are both soo sweet and cute!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I share my home with two male cats - Goodyear and Flynn!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Don't shop for the cheapest rate! Experience counts!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

Initial meet & greet to learn about the cats' routine and what is expected from the client. Follow-up communication and pet-sitting reports and photos with each visit.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Careful when entering and exiting to ensure no escapees. Leave everything as it was when I arrived.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, available all holidays and weekends!

What is your favorite cat toy?

Most playful cats seem to enjoy the Wand teaser, and it provides great exercise!

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I have a lot of experience with feral cats, both in the shelter setting and fostering them in my home. I let the individual cat set the pace and never move too fast or too loud. I know what cats like & don't like and work to earn their trust.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
