My cats warmed up to Lauren so fast even though they're usually scaredy cats! Lauren followed directions well, and even brought in some packages for me. She even had the idea of hiding some snacks around the house for the boys to find to not be bored. Booking her again for sure!

I wish I could give Lauren 5++ stars. She was everything I could have hoped for and more, from wowing us during the initial visit to priming a perfect home upon my return. Lauren was so communicative, proactive, thoughtful, and nimble throughout her visits - of 7 days! In addition to normal cat needs, she helped my extra needy kitty adjust, and he was so happy and content when I walked in the door upon return. Now Lauren is a lifelong friend. What a gal - and service!

Everything was perfect! Lauren was so amazing and we highly recommend her. She clearly knew about cats - double checking our directions about our cat’s Prednisolone treatment (I had put the wrong dose on my directions) and she asked to clarify. We also received very adorable daily updates!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
