I have a black cat named Nyx. She loves to play with feather toys and to lounge on the couch. She may bite sometimes but that has only made me as patient of a pet owner as I can be :)

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to get as much information about their care instructions and preferences as possible. I am highly communicative in my care, giving many updates for the more anxious pet owners.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I take it slow with them and don’t push their boundaries. In my experience, when you give them the space and show you’re there to help, that is the best way to win over a timid cat.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
