Mackenzie was fabulous!! She was able to coax my very shy kitty, Mr. Bates, out from under the blankets on my bed and had him snuggling up to her in no time. She sent several pictures everyday and kept me updated about Mr. Bates activities. It made my time away so much more relaxing knowing that my boy was in such good hands and was being so well looked after. I would request Mackenzie next time I traveled in a heart beat!

Mackenzie was very good! She is very friendly and flexible. There was a problem with my key and she fixed it as well as helping me with other issues. Ricky -my cat- was very happy and also she sent me many photos I highly recommend her and would definitely call her again.

Mackenzie is my go-to cat sitter. She is reliable, communicates well, and is very attentive to my kitties, one of whom is shy, the other more prickly. My cats both adore her! I feel very reassured leaving them in her care. We are all her fans 🤩!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
