What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

What I enjoy most about cat sitting is discovering each cat’s unique personality and earning their trust at their own pace. A slow blink, a head-boop, a surprise cuddle, or a burst of zoomies always feels like a little victory. I especially focus on helping the cat feel confident while their humans are away. Over the years, I’ve picked up a lot of techniques from “cat school” training videos on YouTube, and they’ve been incredibly helpful for supporting timid or anxious cats so they feel safe, comfortable, and proud of themselves by the time I leave.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes! I have a kitty named Zoe, who I originally fostered and instantly fell in love with. When I first fostered her, she was the most nervous cat I’d ever seen. She hid behind the toilet for days. I spent a lot of time sitting with her, speaking softly, making her feel safe and loved, and letting her come to me when she was ready. Shortly after, we became the best of friends and cuddle buddies. She’s been with me for almost 5 years now and is truly the queen of the house. She’s elegant, opinionated, and full of love. She’s taught me so much about patience, communication, and the joy of earning a cat’s trust. Having my own cat has helped me understand the little things that make kitties feel safe, happy, and adored.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I’m usually available during holidays with at least two weeks’ notice. I take commitments seriously, especially when it comes to making sure your fur baby is well cared for while you’re away. I know how important peace of mind is during travel, and I’m dedicated to providing reliable, loving care so you can enjoy your holiday worry-free.

Dalia was incredible. She stepped in on very short notice and handled everything with total professionalism. Most importantly, she made my cat feel safe, confident, and genuinely cared for. She sent detailed updates after every visit, along with photos and notes that put my mind at ease. My cat is usually shy with new people, but Dalia’s calm, warm approach won him over quickly. I came home to a relaxed, happy kitty and a spotless setup. I would absolutely book Dalia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who is reliable, attentive, and truly understands cats.

Additionally, we last minute needed her to visit them an additional night and she quickly responded and was able to. My heart was very at ease with Dalia watching my two fur babies! Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
