As soon as we met Chloe, it was obvious that she had great cat-energy and understanding. During our trip, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful, immediately taking care of little things we hadn't even considered and giving us a play-by-play of her visits. By the second day, it was obvious our babies were in great hands and every new check-in was just pure joy at being able to see their little faces in the photos she took. As advertised, Chloe left us a little watercolor painting that is going to be framed and put up on the wall ASAP. Finding a new catsitter can be very stressful, and finding Chloe has been a huge relief. We'll be booking her from here on out!! All three of our cats give her two beans up :)"

What means the most to me is that my Bengals are usually very wary around people and can be quite picky, but they clearly remembered Laurel and were completely comfortable with her during my trip. From the moment we read her bio, she had such a warm, kind, and almost angelic presence that immediately put us at ease. She cared for our senior cat, Mimi, with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Mimi isn't the easiest cat to win over—she can be a little intimidating at times! But Luanne took the time to earn her trust. She even seemed excited to have that personal challenge with our Mimi. She occasionally stayed longer than she needed to so Mimi wouldn't feel rushed or alone, gently gave her kisses (despite the very real possibility that Mimi might object! 😂), and even let Mimi smell her lunch (without knowing that I, too, love to do that when at home with Mims) while they spent time together. Those thoughtful little gestures made such a difference, and before long Mimi had warmed up to her. That's pretty much unheard of! Luanne kept us updated throughout our trip, giving us absolute peace of mind. Knowing Mimi was being cared for by someone who treated her with so much compassion allowed us to truly relax while we were away. When we came home, Mimi was happy, content, and clearly well cared for. You can teach someone how to complete pet care tasks, but you can't teach the kind of empathy and genuine love for animals that Luanne naturally has. We are beyond grateful for everything she did and wouldn't hesitate for a second to trust her with Mimi again. "Here’s a fun, warm review that keeps the tone light while highlighting everything Anita did well: Another fantastic experience with Anita! She took great care of our famously antisocial Maine Coon, Cat Stevens, while we were away from Tuesday through Saturday. Anyone who has met our cat knows she considers “making friends” to be a character flaw, so the fact that Anita was able to track her down every day for food, water, and general wellness checks deserves some kind of detective’s badge. This visit included a couple of surprise hairball/vomiting incidents (because apparently our cat wanted to keep things interesting), and Anita handled them without missing a beat. She also brought in our packages, kept us updated with excellent communication, and let us know exactly how each visit went. We never had to wonder how things were going because her updates were detailed, thoughtful, and reassuring. Most importantly, we completely trust Anita with our home and with Cat Stevens. The lack of affection from our furry little diva says absolutely nothing about Anita and everything about our cat’s personality. If Cat Stevens ever voluntarily sat in a sitter’s lap, we’d probably schedule her for a veterinary exam. Anita is cheerful, dependable, communicates exceptionally well, and clearly cares about the pets she watches. We’re always happy to have her back, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful pet sitter!!"
