"As always, we can trust Susan to love and protect our three kitties as if they are her own. ❤️ Our senior Shadow appreciated Susan’s protection from our younger rambunctious kitty who will take over at meal time… Susan was made aware and watched and waited as Shadow finished his dinner… Also, Informed us about an arts and craft project left over was actually dangerous for the cat as they were playing and chewing on ribbon! She retrieved the ribbon and stored it away from their reach. Just a couple of examples of how aware and caring Susan is. I would highly recommend her for any clients. Best regards, Elsa 😻😻😻"

She kept everything spotless and made sure Misty was comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout our time away. What really stood out to us was how she handled things when Misty had an episode of diarrhea. Tambry took care of everything so patiently and thoroughly, cleaning up and making sure Misty and her surroundings were comfortable and clean. "This was our second time having Jennifer take care of our two little cats, Connor and Amé, and we couldn’t be happier! We were lucky enough to spend we weekend hiking the Cactus to Clouds trail, an adventure we had been planning for months, and it meant everything to know our kitties were in such wonderful hands! Jennifer sent the most thoughtful, detailed updates along with the cutest pictures, which always brought a smile to our faces! She also worked with me to keep their mealtimes as close to their usual schedule as possible, which I really appreciated. One of the things that stood out to us most was how calm and content our cats were when we returned home. They’re usually a little stressed after we’ve been away, but this time was noticeably different! It was such a wonderful feeling to see them so relaxed and happy. They clearly had a great time Jennifer! Being able to fully enjoy a big adventure we had been planning for months, knowing our cats were well-fed, getting plenty of playtime, and receiving so much love and attention, was truly priceless. "I finally got a chance to write this long overdue review. I had Luanne take care of my babies while I was away while taking care of an urgent medical condition of a family member. I was very stressed and overwhelmed because I’ve never left my babies alone and this is the first time doing that. Luanne and I had a meet and greet and I immediately knew that she was going to win my babies hearts. you tell from the first time meeting Luanne how kind and warm she is, her attention to details and asking questions and keeping notes made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing that she is committed to provide the smoothest takeover. she kept me updated all the time sending videos and pictures of my babies. I was over the moon when she told me that all of my babies immediately warmed up to her and felt comfortable enough to meet her!!! even my senior baby who can be very cautious when it comes to strangers, but not with Luanne! she went to her and even had treats 🥹 I’m so so grateful that I have found Luanne through Meowtel. if you ever need a reliable, sweet kind person, Luanne is the one!!
