One of my cats, Luna who has now passed, had trouble getting to the litter box when she was elderly. This happened once while Kelcey was cat sitting and she handled it with love and care as if Luna was her own. She let me know what happened, and asked how Luna would like to be cleaned. She then cleaned up Luna as well as the floor. Made sure Luna felt safe and clean. She also would also continuously pick Luna up and placed her in the litter box to help her. Kelcey always treated Luna with love and care during that stressful situation.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
