Kathryn was very communicative and sent me plenty of photos of Luna + Howl while I was out of town! Howl is 17 and is high-maintenance, messy, and moody, but Kathryn was very patient and sweet to her. She cleaned up each time she visited, which I know was a lot. Luna is my shy baby, and she warmed up to Kathryn after a couple visits. I would certainly book Kathryn again!

Kathryn updated me at least twice a day and gave me details about how my cat was doing, and was also available to play with him and support his particular rhythms, which is something I seriously appreciate. She again took incredible care of both of my cats, was consistent with updates and communication even prior to the time she was scheduled to care for them. I cannot say enough great things about how well she cares for my cats, and how that care extends to my home which is absolutely not necessary, but Kathryn takes care and thinks of absolutely *everything*. Knowing she is taking care of my cats, who adore her and do actually interact with her based on photo updates I get, puts me at ease when I'm away. I trust her fully and know my boys are in great hands.

I had to leave for two weeks and Kathryn was fantastic at quickly putting my mind to ease with responses and updates. My cats aren't shy but it was still great to see her get along with them right off the bar. She even brought them a new toy and sent me photos of them with some party hats for the holiday.
