Ema went above and beyond watching our two cats for 9 days while we were overseas. Between litter box malfunctions and poop clean up, Ema never failed to provide detailed updates and photos of our guys, all with an upbeat and positive attitude. I felt so comfortable and knew that our kitties were in good hands.

Real happy we found Ema. She gave us good confidence before our trip and while we were gone, she was always there when she said she'd be. Ema always communicated with us promptly and regularly. With all of that, we never worried once she wouldn't be there to check on our Rey and care for food/water/liter box/etc. While our Rey hid real well during her visits, Ema did well to give her space. We'd book her again next time.
