We've now had Christian look after our two cats on two different occasions including for over a week over Christmas and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. We appreciated the meet-and-greet that Christian offered before the first visit: from that we thought he would be a great match for us. That instinct was confirmed when we came home from our first trip. There was a definite difference in how our cats behaved compared to past trips when we had friends stop by. Hazel and Opal were just happier! They were clearly well cared for: they had received real attention and companionship, not just food and a quick check-in. Christian was extremely thorough and consistent in following our care instructions, and he provided daily updates with photos, videos, and thoughtful descriptions that gave us real confidence while we were away. He also went above and beyond when an unexpected house issue came up, kindly helping us troubleshoot it. Christian genuinely spends quality time with the cats. It’s clear that he understands cat behavior and individual personalities, and that he truly cares. Making sure our cats feel loved, not just fed, is the most important thing to us, and Christian absolutely delivered on that. We will use Christian for every trip he is available. He is kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and exceptional at what he does. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

I would hire Christian again with no hesitation to care for my cat. Christian stayed overnight with my 12.5 yr old kitty for several nights and kept me up to date on everything. Christian did not hesitate to ask for questions or clarifications on the instructions I left. I felt very confident in Christian’s level of responsibility and attentiveness to everything.

Christian was great! He was super responsive and communicative during our trip and spent lots of quality time with our cats. He even handled a big litter spill for us and went above and beyond to send cute photos. We felt great leaving our kitties in very capable hands and would highly recommend Christian!

Christian went that extra mile to be gentle and reassure our cat, Ruby. She wasn't feeling her best after some surgery and she was missing us. Christian kept us well informed and we even did a FaceTime to talk to Ruby.

Out for Christmas so not thrilled to be leaving my cat alone for the holidays. Christian was amazing with Sundae and his thorough updates allowed me to have a great trip knowing she's was in good hands. Sundae was clearly pampered as she was in great spirits when I returned. Christian did 10 overnight stays with our 2 cats. He bonded with our black kitty immediately and gave our shy calico enough space she started to warm up to him towards end of his visits--without any hisses! Big deal! He went above and beyond with light cleaning and conscientious care of house and houseplants. I look forward to hiring him again--it is a comfort knowing cats and home are in good hands.
