Jaclyn was great during her first visit with the kitties. She followed all directions when it came to feeding and separating them after the visit was over. She updated me the whole time with pictures and videos and my very skeptical cats seemed to get along well with her :)

Both of my cats really liked her, even my shy kitty who doesn't warm up to anyone. Jaclyn was reliable and she sent me pics or videos every day. I have another trip coming up soon and will definitely book Jaclyn for that trip.
