Everything seemed fine, I received daily updates and photos via text while I was away. Within minutes of arriving home, I noticed a downstairs waterbowl was 2 inches below the rim. There is 1 cat downstairs and he has never consumed that much water in a single day. Upstairs I found another waterbowl 2 inches below the rim and third water bowl compeltely empty! These are not small bowls, they are very large glass vases because none of my cats like bend over to drink. I sent Lily a text, with photos. She responded with an apology and suggested I scroll thru 10 days of footage on my security cameras (it's not saved, they are live cameras). She then blocked me on the Meowtel portal. I have not gotten my key back and it's been reported to Meowtel.

Lily was amazing! She was so patient and gentle with my cat, especially given her Achilles injury and the extra care she needed. She took time to earn her trust and gently coax her out from under the bed, made sure she got her medication, brushed her, and even gave helpful advice on finding good veterinary care in the area. It was clear that Lily genuinely cared about my cat, I’m so happy we found her 😊

this was our first time leaving our youngest and newest addition to the family who is not socialized, so very shy. we got photos and videos everyday and updates on behavior as the 3 got used to Lily. The big moment came when the youngest demanded pets and really showed her spunky personality. Lily went above and beyond with all three of our babies! Lily was officially given the stamp of approval by everyone in the family!

Lily was so attentive and caring. Even though my cats are a cantankerous bunch, so made sure to spend extra time comforting each one. One of my boys requires oral medication daily, and when he was truly over it all, she too her duties seriously and easily pivoted with a new technique to ensure he stayed healthy. I look forward to hiring her again for our next trip.

Lily took such good care of our 3 cats while we were away. Our oldler cat required twice a day medication and Lily got him every dose. The cats loved her and warmed up immediately, even my very shy Tortie. I will continue to use Lily for all my cat sitting needs.

Lily took great care of our two cats. Even our shy, nervous kitty was pretty comfortable with her almost immediately. She sent updates with photos after every visit and hung out with them in each room of our home. When we arrived home, they were excited to see us, but not desperate for attention (as they have been with other friends and family cat sitters). I'm confident that our kitties had a great staycation with Lily.

Lily was fabulous. I had to book at the last minute. She came to meet us the next evening. My cats are not fans of strangers, but I was at once put at ease by her calm and peaceful demeanor. She spent time with each visit trying to get pix of the braver of the two (no hope of even finding the other one). She texted me an update everyday through the app. I came back to a well-cared for home and 2 well-cared for cats. Thanks, Lily!

Lily is really great with my two fur babies. she understands their needs and is capable of delivering medicine. she even dealt with a little mishap with my microchip food bowls. I feel confident to leave my kitties in her capable care.

Making the reservation with Lily was extremely easy. We had her meet our kitties before we left and she did a great job at encouraging them to walk up to her. One of our kitties was shy but while we were gone they became best friends. We got pictures everyday showing their time together and we could tell our cats had fun.
