I answer questions, review care details, and ensure it’s a good fit. Once booked, I provide a calm, gradual transition so their cat feels safe, comfortable, and cared for from day one. I make sure to provide my direct contact information to them as well and happily let then know I will share daily photos and updates.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

When caring for timid or anxious cats, I move slowly and let the cat set the pace. I keep their routine consistent, provide quiet hiding spaces, and never force interaction. Through patience, gentle play, and calm presence, trust builds naturally and stress stays low.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
