Quentin is fantastic! He met with us before our trip and took great notes and met our kitties. Then while we were gone he provided constant updates, giving us peace of mind that our cats were in excellent hands! Quentin is fantastic in all ways and I would absolutely recommend him

Quentin did a great job taking care of our two cats, Kaedyn and Finnegan. Quick daily visits, to refill their dry food bowls, clean their litter boxes and give Kaed and Finn some attention/play with them. Our cats can be a little unsure/unsocial (at first). We rescued during covid, so they really didn't get to socialize much. They warmed right up to Quentin. Finnegan, is definition of a "scared-d- cat." At end of the week, Finny was rolling over for Quentin, on his shoes ...marking him and wanting some pets. Kaed, in typical orange cat fashion is ALL about the cat fud. But ....he also warmed up to Quentin and let him pet him. Really made us feel comfortable, with Quentin's service, taking care of our cats. Quentin even brought in packages off of our front porch and our mail. We were out of the US, for an anniversary trip. The MEOWTEL App worked great. Would get a notice every time Quentin sent an update. Very convenient, no worries cat care. Thanks much. Highly recommend Quentin and the MEOWTEL cat sitters.

Quentin was fantastic! He provided a detailed stream of information and it really put us at ease while we traveled. He sent plenty of photos and videos so we could see our cat was happy and healthy and our cat really seemed to bond with Quentin almost immediately! We would absolutely recommend Quentin to anyone, he's amazing!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
