reserving with Jourdan was easy and gave us such peace of mind! we had a trip planned before taking in a stray kitty. we were nervous to leave her alone for a few days. Jourdan was fantastic, friendly, flexible, communicated with us the whole time and our cat looked great and happy when we came back. Will book with Jourdan again!

I asked Jourdan to come a second time since she did so well the first time and she did not disappoint. She remembered the routines from last time and was able to be flexible with me on communication. My cats were well taken care of and I didn't worry during my vacation

I have two cats and one of them gets pretty anxious when things change. Jourdan was able to coax her out and play with her and get her to trust Jourdan, which was great to hear. My other cat wasn't ignored either! They both got plenty of play time which was fantastic.

Jourdan was fabulous. When I first met her, I could tell she has a great love for animals. She was wonderful with my three kitties(Hermione, Luna and Basil), she everything I asked and more! I will absolutely recommend her to all my friends that have fur babies!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
