Deanna was great! she took excellent care of our cats and sent daily updates. When our flight was canceled and we were stranded for several extra days, Deana didn’t miss a beat - she immediately extended our reservation and assured us that we didn’t need to worry about our kitties. We were so grateful to know they were in good hands!

Deanna had a tough task with our cat. She is diabetic and needed two shots a day and is not good with strangers. Deanna made herculean efforts to make sure she got what she needed, staying to get the job done and cleaning up after our nervous baby.

Deanna is a very kind animal lover who put our cats’ needs front and center. She sorted out our cat dynamics so one could eat his medication in peace and she administered an inhaler to our other cat with medical needs. She always gave me a detailed update about checking feeders, water fountains and litter boxes. Even our shyest kitty came out for pets from Deanna! Our friendliest kitty got lots of lap time! I didn’t worry about the pets for a second while I was gone because I knew Deanna was giving them the best TLC! I would recommend Deanna to everyone!

DeDe has always been wonderfully gentle with him, let him run away after his shots, and sends updates despite his very hard to photograph self. Deanna was great - Professor was thrilled to have his dinner delivered by Deanna. I appreciated the check-in and photo during her visit. Appreciate that she was also able to administer his insulin shot. Peace of mind to have someone that can provide care on Professor’s diabetic dictated schedule.

Deanna was incredible. She always sent pictures, videos, and updates on how they were doing. You can tell she is a true animal lover, and wants your kitties to be as happy and comfortable as possible. We were gone over Christmas and she even brought little Christmas themed toys for our cats. We will definitely be using her again!

Deanna is always great with Rory, who is sometimes a bit finicky about eating and taking her medicine. I book Deanna every time I go out of town.
