Hello! My name is Tristan and I am a proud cat mom as well as an OB registered nurse. I have been a nurse for 5 years now, and I am also in graduate school to receive my Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nurse Education. Additionally, I am fully vaccinated for COVID and received my booster shot, as I know it is important to respect the health and safety of you and your home. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a very special and close place in my heart for cats. Since I was very young I have usually always had a cat as part of my family (my tabby boy, Marino when I was in elementary school; my mom’s cats: Prince Charming, Bristol, Sharp Claws, Old Spice, and Eli; and finally, my dilute tortie at my dad’s house named Kat.) I love cats for many reasons, but especially for their ability to live in the moment and enjoy the little things ☀️. Cats have always brought me endless peace and joy due to their empathetic nature and unique little (or big!) personalities. I honestly cannot ever imagine myself not being a cat parent. Tristan was great. My cat's feeding routine is pretty specific and detailed, and she nailed it. He also requires medication at a certain time of day, so she was sure to be here on time to provide it. She also sent videos showing what she was doing, step by step and what the cats were up to. I could see that she was taking detailed notes during the meet and greet so she could get everything right, and she definitely did that. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I was looking for someone to take care of my cats for a long trip and I decided to try Tristan this time—the usual people were ok, but not amazing. I am so glad! Tristan came over to drop in on my cats and was very thorough! all I needed was for her to check on my cats’ bowls and change the bag on my automatic litter box and she went above and beyond. She cleaned up my senior cat’s puke. The carpet was getting littery so she was nice enough to vacuum! My scaredy-cat came out to say hi to her a couple times! She sent videos of the cats, the litter box and the apartment so I would be reassured in how things were. I will definitely use Tristan again. Thanks so much!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

To ensure total peace of mind while you're away, every Meowtel reservation comes with a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can have full confidence in your sitter before you leave.

Each Meowtel cat sitting visit will include the whole 9 yards: feeding, refreshing the water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, as well as any special requests you may have. We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes. Plus, every reservation comes with a free Meet & Greet so you can meet your sitter before you leave to ensure it will be a purrfect fit.
