Tabitha is an amazing veterinary technician and cat caretaker. She picks up on subtle signs of distress or illness and takes the necessary steps to correct it. She also always makes her patients and cats she is petsitting feel comfortable and loved when they’re out of their comfort zone! She brings treats and cat nip spray and even unique toys to provide enrichment and build trust with my own boys when she watches them. As a veterinarian whose cats mean the world to me there is no one else I trust to watch my cats when I’m away from them!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
