Erin was great, super flexible to work with after our return flight was canceled and it took a few days to figure out how to get home - letting us know food/med status to re-order. Thought we might be up to a week getting back & Erin clearly put Rosco’s care first. He was obviously well cared for when we finally got in. Thanks Erin!

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
