From the very first visit, Kaylee’s warmth and genuine compassion were unmistakable. She didn’t just treat Lili as a patient — she treated her as the cherished member of our family that she is. We were stuck in California because of the blizzard in Boston but her great care immediately put both Lili and us at ease. She took her to the vet twice and stayed all day by her side until we returned close to midnight. The vet told us she was extroidinary. All through those days she fed Lili by hand keeping her alive. She ventured out during the worst of the storm to make sure Lili and Cooper were ok. What truly set Kaylee apart was her attentiveness. She followed up regularly to check on Lili’s progress.
