3rd time having Jennifer come cat sit for us and, once again, she was wonderful and perfect! Jennifer was up to the challenge on watching a lil temperamental and high energy cat as we had just gotten a new cat (Thalia) 2 months before leaving for a trip. This was the second time Thalia had met anyone new. Thalia was won over quickly by Jennifer and had a great time playing with her. I always appreciate the photos and video updates. Jennifer is our first choice of cat sitters any time we leave for a vacation without our cat.

Jennifer was an amazing caretaker for our two kitties! We received regular updates every day (with lots of pictures), our cats liked her immediately when she stopped by for the initial visit, she performed every task we requested (including reprogramming our automatic feeder), and went above and beyond collecting packages, watering plants, and paying attention to our cat's health when she suspected a UTI (even offering to come back outside of our reservation time to check on him). We would *highly* recommend her!!

Jennifer was a godsend! My regular sitter fell through last minute and for the first time ever I looked into who might be available over the holidays through Meowtel. Jennifer was so kind to accommodate my needs during a busy time for her. She stopped in for a visit with myself and my kitty ahead of time and I knew immediately my boy was going to be in good hands. She is calm and patient and let him come to her and investigate when he was ready, which happened quite quickly! As well as being quite afraid of new people my kitty also requires an inhaler for his asthma. This is always the trickiest part of caring for him but Jennifer was successful from day one! This is a huge feat and I’m so grateful! She sent lots of pics and updates throughout each visit and took time to play with him and give him some exercise and stimulation. I am so grateful for Jennifer’s help and care of my boy and I will definitely be contacting her again in the future ☺️.

Jennifer was great! Out cat had a medical issue that occurred shortly before we left and she was able to help care for our cat while we were gone. She was amazing and gave great updates. She also charmed our other more shy cat out and had some great interactions with her!

Jennifer was super responsive to my last minute schedule for catsitting my orange male who got sick right before I went to my trip. I needed her twice a day for medication administration. She did a great job, very responsible, detailed, communicative. I felt i could rely on her and not worry. She really likes to take good care of cats not because it's her job but because she loves them. She sends detailed updates and is very flexible. I will definitely book her again :) thanks!

Jennifer is a cat lover and a very experienced sitter. She took care to get all the important details right. My cats loved being in her care - there was so much affection in all the pictures.

Jennifer is always so punctual and thorough in all of her visits! I know that every single thing is taken care of every time she comes which is such a comfort; whether it’s litter, keeping an eye on and topping up her water tank, or just engaging my cat with every toy she has at each visit and also just spending petting time with her! she is consistent every time and sends lots of pictures and sometimes videos if my cats being active, which I really appreciate as not all sitters send as many pictures as she does!

Jennifer did a great job with our shy cat. Our cat normally ghosts people she does not know. Jennifer was able to help our cat feel comfortable to stick around long enough for pics. Eat her meals. Best -- when we got home we were pleased to see our cat happy and unfazed by our absence. Jennifer made our cat comfortable while we were gone. Totally recommend!!!

This was my first time being a repeat customer and Jennifer was once again perfect! The photos of Miranda were perfect and she seemed so relaxed with Jennifer. I hope I can book Jennifer for every trip!
