My husband and I just returned from a 15 day blend of a work conference and an added extra week of vacation. Eli sent daily check ins and pics to show our fur babies were in good health. Lots of interaction with them especially since our Diva princess kitty demands extra attention. Eli added a food puzzle he owns to distract their minds and additional toys during their visits. He really cares about cats and has a gift with them. One item my husband and I collect during our adventures is a refrigerator magnet from each state or big city. When we got home we found a letter from Eli with a magnet of both our cats on it, and is now part of our refrigerator magnet collection. Eli is much appreciated and is respectful of our home and cats. Finding a trusted guardian for your animals while you’re away is not always easy. We were truly blessed Eli came into our path. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
