One of our cats suffered a small cut while we were away—Nancy informed us, sent many photos and kept an eye on the situation. (The cat is fine, probably had been squabbling with his brother!) I was more than pleased with my experience hiring Nancy as a sitter for my three cats — one of whom is diabetic and needs twice-daily injections. It takes a special sitter for this, and Nancy did an amazing job. She was totally comfortable with the injection procedure and took great care of all three kitties, giving me prompt updates and pictures after each visit for a full week. I came home after my vacation to find the cats perfectly content. She even went above and beyond by bringing in and putting away a shipment of frozen cat food that arrived a little earlier than expected in my absence. Throughout the process, she was warm, very responsive, and highly professional. I can’t recommend her enough, and the next time I need a sitter she’ll be the first one I call.

Nancy already had an amazing rating and tons of great reviews, which reassured me tremendously when I hired her because this is the first time we had a non-family catsitter. My cats are very shy with anyone but us, so they mostly hid from Nancy, but she was able to coax them out a bit to sniff her (which is a miracle). She sent us updates every day with photos to show me the cats were doing great. I truly appreciate her and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again or recommend her to anyone.
