We need to split the cats as two of them do not get along, special prescription food for one of them, and many other small details that we like to provide for our cats. I am some what of a control freak and traveling always gives me anxiety due to all the planning abroad and for at home. Yuandi was the best choice, the cats after the meet and greet became accustomed to her. And we went over our detailed instructions. She provided very detailed before/after pictures and small notes. On top of that, he went above and beyond when our apartment key fob suddenly stopped working, taking the time to coordinate with building management to get a replacement. Even when our cat grew wary of taking his meds, Jared always found a gentle, effective solution. We highly recommend him!"
