Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

My parents would never let me get a cat when I was a kid. (the nerve!) After years and years of waiting, my dream came true and I adopted two young cats with my then-boyfriend in 2011. Jack and Pippa have been with us through a lot. Marriage, the birth of three children, and five different homes, including two international moves. They are members of our family and life wouldn't be the same without them.

What is your favorite cat toy?

Da Bird is my favorite cat toy, because I love to see how HIGH cats are willing to jump to try and get it, and how it activates their prey drive instincts.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I sit on the floor, speaking calmly and sweetly. I try to tempt them with a toy or treat, and keep talking so they can get used to my voice and scent.

Jenni was amazing!! We never had a cat sitter before and were nervous about leaving for vacation since both of our cats have special needs one being blind and deaf and the other having wobbly cat syndrome. But Jenni treated them like her own kitties and gave us daily updates with some of the best photos of them!! We will definitely go with Jenni again 😻😻😻

We had a fabulous experience with Jenni! She was patient and helpful in setting up a meet and greet prior to the sitting date on short notice. She arrived promptly as scheduled and immediately began making friends with our kitty Nala. Surprisingly, Nala went up to Jenni for pets immediately so I was comfortable knowing that they would get along fine. My husband is fastidious about keeping a clean bottom in the litter box and Jenni passed with flying colors. We received photos and reassurance of Jenni's work daily - Nala was sitting on her lap!! We will definitely hire Jenni for our next kitty sitting job :)

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
