I have been a loving cat owner for over 14 years. I have successfully raised my first cat ever from 2008 to 2022. He unfortunately passed from oral cancer in February 2022. I was taking care of strays from 2013-2019 who would show up at my household and needed food/shelter. I currently am a cat mom to 2 very loving and mischievous Khao Manee kittens who constantly keep me on my toes! I am no stranger to being around or caring for cats. My cat experience began in 2008. I volunteered with Alley Cat Rescue Inc. for 4 years till I graduated high school in 2011. I worked mostly with feral cats and kittens. The duties ranged from kennel cleaning to feeding. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
