Alicia was wonderful with my cat Elliot! For our meet and greet, she was punctual, kind and receptive to what I was asking for in terms of care. While I was away, she sent me daily videos/photos. Elliot was very comfortable with her from the start, which made me super comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking her again!

Alicia is great! I came back from my last vacation to find my cat with anxiety hiding under the bed and sick (he was dehydrated so I had to take him to the vet to get an IV). Alicia must be a cat whisperer because both of my cats came out to see her right away. I received pictures and videos every day and I was really able to relax on this vacation, knowing that they were in such good hands. The cat with anxiety gets Prozac every day so it reassured me that Alicia had experience as a vet tech.
