She became alarmed when there didn't appear to be enough litter box use or food gone between visits, and was SOOO vigilant to find my cat (that always hides anyway) had made her way into a room that was supposed to be closed off to her. I simply can't thank her enough, and the extra reinforcements she got to join the search party! She really goes the extra mile!!"

While we were gone Kayla fed and played with our cats as well as sent us several vidoes and pictures each day. Meowtel allowed our cats to stay at home and feel safe while we were gone. "Harley did a great job caring for our cat, Gypsy, the week we were gone. Gypsy is a sensitive cat, has auto immune issues and Harley was very attentive and gentle with her. We booked her for 45 minutes per day which worked great! Though Gypsy would have loved even more time with her. Upon meeting her I felt immediately at ease. She offered a free meet n greet prior to our departure. During her visits she sent regular daily updates with photos and gave Gypsy lots of pets! Harley also kept Gypsy’s litter pristine and exceeded her high standards. In the past, when we’ve been gone Gypsy has left us angry presents (peed on furniture, blankets, etc) but this time she was so happy, and no peeing on the furniture! I have to contribute this to Harley’s attentive nature, sweet demeanor and quality care. Gypsy doesn’t warm to others easily and she warmed up to Harley right away! I would trust Harley with my cat any day and plan to book her for future travels. Also worth noting, Harley was able to navigate the multiple door/garage codes we have to the house with ease which was an added bonus and offered us the peace of mind we needed while on vacation. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality cat sitter."

Her communication is terrific, leaving us completely confident we can be away without worrying. My senior kitty has some issues that require medication (high blood pressure, appetite stimulant, constipation, subcutaneous fluids) which often meant I had to bring him with me or limit my travel, which made me anxious about the first trip that I couldn't take him with. Karissa was awesome at the meet-and-greet, she asked a lot of questions and took notes which helped to calm my nerves. Karissa's updates about how his medications and overall status calmed my nerves, plus she sent a cute photo of him every day. I came home to a happy kitty, who did miss me, but was also well taken care of in my absence."
