She was also very flexible on time - I had reached out to her on short notice because I had a flight the next morning, and she was kind enough to come over to my place the same evening to pick up the keys and meet my cat. Working with her was an amazing experience and I would definitely be doing so again!"

While we were gone Kayla fed and played with our cats as well as sent us several vidoes and pictures each day. Meowtel allowed our cats to stay at home and feel safe while we were gone. "Arian was good about sending photos and updates on a daily basis. Our cats are rather skittish with strangers but took to him seemingly well. The only issue we had was that we found the two litter boxes utterly filthy when we came home on the last day. I asked about how often he changed the litter boxes and he said every three days. I appreciated his honesty, and I conceded that may work for other cats, but that clearly was not enough in this case, and sticking to a strict changing routine, especially when we opted for 45 minute visits, seemed very odd. He messaged me after we talked and said he'll keep this in mind going forward."

"If I could give Kristen Ten stars I would! This was our first time having non family look after our kittens. Unexpected trip. The moment she walked in for the meet and greet Linus and Phoebe took to her right away! I was so relieved. She did a fantastic job caring for them when they were experiencing digestive issues. Communication was great during visits with pictures and details of food, water, litter and play time. I would recommend Kristen to anyone looking for loving care for their pets while they are away:)"

After my original cat sitter plans unfortunately fell through, I was able to swiftly book Natasha from across the country (responds super fast, something I definitely needed given the circumstances), and feel at ease after communicating my cats’ needs with her right away. I felt like she treated my cats as if they were her own, such as paying attention to small details about their health and food/water station among many other things to ensure their comfort while I was away. The most important thing for me was she was very patient with my girl cat who takes time to warm up to others and doesn’t like being around new people. Natasha seemed very intuitive with them which left me worry free during my trip away. 10/10 would recommend!"
