Nicole did a great job taking care of our cats while we were away! One of our kitties is very shy around new people, and Nicole had him coming up to her (instead of hiding) in no time!

Nicole was efficient and seemed to follow instructions. She did seem surprised that she would play with him actively and then he would respond to petting by biting. She didn’t seem to understand that a cat needs time to settle down from rough play before being ready to be pet.

Nicole was so sweet and attentive. We were in the middle of moving so there was confusion on our part where we would be and she patient and willing to make it work. He had a blast with her and immediately took to her- she sent lots of photos and videos and I would book her again in a heartbeat- I never had any anxiety the entire trip if he was in good hands.

Nicole did a wonderful job with our two cats! She communicated regularly and promptly and sent cute photos and videos. We returned to our home in good order. She followed our detailed instructions and even cleaned up some extras. She connected well to our cats with attention and play and respected their unique personalities.
